Items we will not accept
For safety and practical reasons, the Rotary Yard Sale crew will not pick up the following items for our annual Yard Sale.
Additionally, the crew can not provide disposal service.
Heavy / Oversized
- Pianos, pool tables, safes, heavy exercise equipment, sofa hide-a-beds, large heavy cabinets, commercial appliances, cast iron stoves
Fragile / Specialty
- Large glass tabletops, large mirrors, chandeliers, ornate light fixtures
Hazardous / Prohibited
- Propane tanks, fuel containers, open containers of paint/solvents/chemicals, ammunition, fireworks, fertilizers, pesticides, mattresses, unsanitary or severely damaged furniture
Bulky Outdoor Items
- Hot tubs, spas, large grills, smokers, garden statues, fountains
Difficult Locations
- Items requiring hoisting, long carries, obstacles, multiple flights of stairs, or tight doorways
Other Items
- Books, clothes or mattresses
All donations must be clean and saleable.
